Create a secondary user for permissions testing #12

Create a secondary user and give them permissions to update/modify the site via the admin panel. Then, use this user for uploading data stories and datasets, rather than the admin user.

Perhaps because of the issues in #14, I was unable to properly create a new user. Registration did not give me an option to signup with password, so I was forced to manually set the user's password from the admin menu, as shown below: signup

My test account as a "content creator" is officially working after the admin intervention, but the interface is not intuitive. As you can see from the screenshot below, the option to add a new dataset is hidden away in a dropdown menu at the top-left corner of the screen. Took me a minute to find, and could discourage municipalities from updating their data. nicholas-user

Managed to upload some parks data with this account. Everything seems to work fine, even though it isn't the most intuitive method. gori-fake
