Started a test case relating to parsing info on super stately organs (HRE, Curia). Also to try out how git does things :)

We need to look at nested curly braces OR I'm doing it wrong :)

Thanks for the pull request. Fix up the test and see if it passes.

If it does pass, great. That means everything is working as expected. However, I don't believe adding a passing test to the code is ideal. If you want to add Papacy and HRE functionality, you can add it to the EU4 source code. Of course it will be in speculation because the game isn't out; however it would provide a good starting point.

If the test still doesn't pass, great. Add an issue and see if you can fix it.

@CoronaFiredancer, have you resolved the issue? I'll take a non-response in a few days that everything is ok and I'll close the pull request.
