for each room size (or bedroom num) check to see what the correlation between stars and price and themselves are (What's about the reviews' history? section) bin, review starts (0.5 blocks maybe) and look at the average price within the bins within the room size check significance ?

same but instead of num rooms section things into blocks of lat and longitude. maybe take 10 equal sized blocks (equal size I mean equal amount of homes not necessarily equal space, if this is too hard than equal space is fine) and perform same analysis

Also check to see the average price for each bedroom size, and check the average size for each block of lat and long
