Can't easily scroll up once reached the bottom #207

After scrolling down with a mouse wheel, it is hard to scroll back up. It feels like it 'sticks' to the bottom, and the user has to try scrolling up many times to actually scroll up. There should be no such 'sticking'.

Yep, this is intended behaviour, either do not "over-scroll" down or press 'f' to unfollow.

It doesn't feel natural. It can move past the end as a matter of style, but when you need to scroll and scroll to get it moving back - this is bad.
