Password policy & owncloud v9.1 #24

Just to let you know that after having changed the file appinfo/info.xml from

<owncloud min-version="8" max-version="9.0" />

to

<owncloud min-version="8" max-version="9.2" />

the application seems to work just fine.

Thanks for this excellent app.

PS: We need it!! It's amazing to see, after all the attacks that happen all the time and the media coverage of them, so many users still create 3 letters password :'(
