Show Policy on "Forgot Password" Page #4

When the password policy is activated and I want to reset my password (via forgot password) there is no Information about a password policy. If I try to set a password that not complies to the password policy, I only get the message "Password can not be changed. Please contact your administrator.".

It would be nice if there are the same informations as schon on the personal page with the same detailed error messages.

I think it is sufficient that a useful error message is shown.
