using cld2-cffi instead of pycld2 #8

Hi,

I've made a few small changes to use cld2-cffi (which seems to be actively maintained) instead pycld2 (last update 2018).

@redsk looks great, love the idea of switching to something that is still (probably?) being maintained. Just one tiny suggestions for you to approve and commit, then I'll merge.
