I'm very disorganized. My team migrated from Trello, much to my personal dismay. I keep emails marked as unread as a todo list. I just recently stopped using post it notes for important dates in favor of gcal. I use sublime text to jot down quick notes in meetings on things I have to follow up on.
I use the iSmartLife app to plan my tasks and projects and monitor their implementation. This is a very simple and free web app. The application has many useful features: notes, projects, budgets, reports, contacts etc. You can see the demo and decide whether it suits you or not...
Do you use any productivity tool (todo list, project management tool, pen + paper / bullet list, external bugtracker other than Bugzilla)? If so, which one?
