channels with passwords #26

To connect to a channel with a password: e.g.

channel password, #channelNoPassword

That said, using this makes the channel unselectable after connection.

@jrconlin , we might need help testing this. Maybe email me a test room to try, if one is available. If not, I'm sure I could figure out how to set one up. And it's sheer dumb luck that it even works.
