Fix in Peruvian date #20

Juan, thank you very much for this pull request! I just checked with our team that keeps track of the official launch dates. Their response:

We're usually trying to reflect in the Launch History the date when the first FxOS device arrives to a carrier shop. Carrier usually needs a couple of weeks to complete the launch (from 1 week in some small countries, up to 3 weeks in some specific countries). That could be the reason of the small discrepancy, or maybe we didn't get reported of that specific delay.

So it sounds like the list I'm going off of is for dates when carriers received devices, not necessarily dates the devices were first available. A small subtly that we could do a better job relaying to the site's visitors, so I think we'll merge this, but we should try to get actual dates the phones were available then.

Thanks for the answer. I guess the team didn't get reported properly of that delay, because October 23 was the expected day, but later the launch (press conference) was moved to October 29. Thanks again.
