Feathers PouchDb is outdated #40

FeathersJS db adapter feathers-pouchdb is outdated, has no commits since 2 years ago and issues has been closed, so take over maintenance over feathers pouchdb.

Alukito's Fork solved #31 but its creating issue while installing from github since feathers v3 all packages like commons and erros have moved to main feathers repo

My fork Feathers-Pouchdb uses id if given otherwise generates one, effectively using both strategies by original author and alukito nickdex/feathers-pouchdb@9bac741bf834a29be9716419dc608d2f9f78ad1c
