Title is not displayed if longer than 30 characters #3

The following problem was reported in:

I downloaded Robbo's xml for Adelaide and the ICE file works and I can see the 
EPG info. I noticed 
that some programs were not showing. The programs were listed in both the xml 
and the ICE files 
so the conversion was OK. On futhur investigation I noticed if the <tilee> was 
more that 30 
characters it did not show up in the EPG. I renamed those in the XML file & 
re-ran the conversion. 
This time it worked. E.g 7.30 Report by Kerry O'Brien did not show up but 
shortening the title to 30 
characters it appeared in the EPG listing.
