Reminder to fill in a reproducible issue, indicating in which conditions cosine_semantic becomes minor than 0 (as observed in the UConn dataset)

Silly comment. The google implementation of cosine similarity for semantics includes negative values (semantic opposition), as specified in the manuscript. Closing this down.
