Added a suggestion from Michael that we have a week 2 graded exercise (could take some of the questions from earlier ungraded exercises and have them report their results).

@kylebradbury looking through things, I think that all I'm left with is live coding videos for week 2 and 3. From the things above:

• The object and categorical readings are done save graphics you're gonna add.
• I think we put off Jupyter (e.g., notebooks) till Course 5 since we don't do visualizations till then, right?
• There's work to be done in Week 4 (#8 ), but I think that's in your domain (though make sure to check that issue for some additional resources that are likely to be helpful!)

The only other thing I'm unsure of is which of us is gonna take on the Indexing reading. I have some materials closely related to Indexing (basically a "learning exercise") here I think might make a good exercise for mid-week 2 to go after the reading, but I think we need a reading first.
