Added the ability to inject custom metric with external file #18

If you would recreate the service - I am kind of lazy looking for all of the pre-req to generate the windows service

I'm working with another customer right now to build a new version of this plugin in native .NET, so please watch for that to replace this. It will be much more robust for your purposes.
