Some small improvements

First of all, awesome project. This project will make my search a lot less painful. So thanks. I'd like sent a follow-up PR with some bigger changes (e.g. user login), but to make my live easier I thought I'd sent you first a small PR with some QoL improvements.

• upgrade code to fit Python3 (like you said, it was just the parentheses of print)
• add a .gitignore, so git is not complaining about all the scrapy and spyder changes we have locally
• expand the readme with some things that helped me out, while trying to get this up and running

I hope you like it and let me know if there's anything else I can help improve.
