Create Spinner for PlaylistsTVC #7

Loading can still take a long time for the PlaylistsTableViewController, so a spinner needs to be implemented for this VC as well. Fix: just copy from other spinner code.

This might not make sense because the Playlists are passed from the Show info page. No URL is grabbed in this View

Going to close based on above comment, might reopen in case I want to hide the Playlists button in the Nav bar and show it when the URL finishes loading.
