Braumeister temp suspect #26

On brew number 7 I pitched when the Braumeister said the temp was 25C. However both the inkbird and my sensors say it was several degrees higher than this and didn't cool for 25 for 3-4 hours. Hmmm. I'm reasonably sure the braumeister is accurate on the way up (though it boils at 99.5C), perhaps the wort is not mixed well when it's cooled. I've noticed it seems hotter at the top on the outside.

Perhaps need to cool further rather than mix up the trub.
