Switch to Tilt

Switch from our homemade vibration counter to Tilt.

There are advantages and disadvantages to this:

Pros

• More reliable (hopefully)
• Less/no soldering
• pi can be outside the fridge and have less cables
• gravity can be measured directly

Cons

• only one temperature measure
• no direct activity measure
• much more expensive

We could of course use both, they hardware is not mutually exclusive, but it will get confusing and I think the tilt is a better and cleaner solution.
