This requires controlling two sockets with relays (one for heater, one for cooler) and a device measuring the temperature (either the tilt or another device).

Create Tank class - Issue #47
Create controller class
Allow control based on a schedule and directly (either plus/minus buttons or a text box).

(This is a parent task for the project)
