This is because the precision of the sg measurement is only 1.

eg 1010, 1010, 1010, 1010 shows a mean of 1010 and a SD of 0 1010, 1011, 1010, 1011 shows a mean of 1010.5 and a SD of 0.05

but they are functionally equivalent.

May have to just reduce precision I guess, by rounding down
