Code is ready for this minor version to me. I want to package that asap since after that I really, really won't have time for PNMixer.

Done:

• build system switched
• travis fixed
• ChangeLog updated
• release candidate done

TODO:

• update .pot and .po files (I think you should do that, try make -C po update-pot and make -C po update-po)
• translation update? E.g. mute switch and stuff

Questions:

• translations (during runtime) don't work from within the build dir if pnmixer is not installed... did that even work with autotools? Do we care?

I also think we should cryptographically sign the release tarball.
