"Keep MMS on" not working #67

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After enabling apndroid i'am unable to recive and send mms

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I think that sending MMS needs 3g/edge/gprs connection to be enabled (so while
we sending MMS the internet APN have to be enabled)

Have the same problem on Android 1.6. Would like to keep MMS activated, but it
won't work. If it would do, this would be the perfect app!

I, too, am unable to send and receive simple pictures and MMS while using the
APNdroid. I have to turn 3G to send/receive but the MMSs that are sent to me
while the 3G is off, are lost to me. For me, a major factor for getting the
(att) Samsung Galaxy SII is to be able to use those features. I fear I will
have to unistall APNdroid. Please advise of any updates and fixes that rememdy
this ridiculous problem. Thank you. Ciao.

Ability to keep MMS depends on the fact whether you have separate APN for MMS.
Best way is to go to FAQ screen (question mark button), select "It's not
working" item and send the report and describe your problem in one sentence.
