API Service not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. implement service API from example
2. use the apndroid market version
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

LogCat doesn't find the service and the specified Intent

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Is the service API included in the market version? If no, when this will be 
released?

Sorry for long ignore.
As far as i know service does not included in market version now, but i'll try 
to fix this issue.

Is it released already? I would like to use that API for  my application but 
the service is far more better because i need to use the API in the background
