Implement Levels and persistent Player and Game data from one level to next. Need the following:
[ ] persist player and game state from one level to the next.
[ ] create a initial player spawn point for each level
[ ] update GameManager
[ ] update UIManager
[ ] update LevelManager
[ ] update PlayerManager
[ ] LevelNumber

git checkout 84-scene-transition
