Link to download secrets.py is not working.

It is not working because the sandbox version is gone. Create a free account on IEX Cloud API through Apperate and use realtime data. Don't worry the first 25 million actions are free you will not run out.

You can create an account on IEX Cloud using their new software called Apperate.
