Adapt the pollen plots often used by this community in GeoChronR

I like this idea, but want to check with some palynologists to see if this is desired. Pollen diagrams are often overwhelming without uncertainty, and adding another dimension might muddle this more. They often primarily work off a depth, not age scale, avoiding this issue.
