difference between isAnnual TRUE and seasonality "annual" #144

Hi

According to http://linked.earth/ontology/core/1.2.0/index-en.html#seasonality, the interpretation1_seasonality "Answers the question: To which part of the year is the Interpretation or ProxySensor restricted to?".

Then, what does it mean if a record has interpretation1_seasonality = "annual" and interpretation_isAnnual = TRUE but another record with the same interpretation1_seasonality but interpretation_isAnnual not set (i.e. NULL)? Is the latter record also suitable for an annual interpretation?
