{iso2k} SP08COCN has d13C data only #81

lianhua2009.txt Lianhua Cave, China, aragonite, d18O dataset in the attachment

current name SP08COCN … though technically speaking the file refers to the study in 2009, I suppose this is fine and we don't have to change to SP09COCN … but there is then inconsistency with the doi shown at the 'iso2k v0.10.0 QC spreadsheet' 10.1016/j.palaeo.2009.05.020
