Write initial wrapper functions #6

At the very least, the following endpoints should be provided:

GetDestinyManifest
GetDestinySingleDefinition
GetAccount
GetCharacterSummary
GetCharacter [private]
GetCharacterInventory
GetItemDetail
GetDestinyAccountSummary
GetVault [private]

These endpoints are related, but not required for the project for which I'm writing this wrapper.

GetCharacterProgression
GetTriumphs
GetAdvisorsForCharacter
GetAdvisorsForCurrentCharacter [private]
GetVendorForCurrentCharacter [private]
GetVendorItemDetailForCurrentCharacter [private]
GetVendorItemDetailForCurrentCharacterWithMetadata [private]
GetVendorForCurrentCharacterWithMetadata [private]
GetVendorSummariesForCurrentCharacter [private]

These can optionally be implemented with this ticket. Otherwise, they can wait until the next milestone (or later).
