Working environment #27

@nicknochnack Addresses #15 and #32

Please see the README.md for a detailed description. The point of this PR is the establishment of a reproducible and working environment. I was attempting to do this for a peer who mentioned it to me.

The notebooks now appear to run in their entirety, as demonstrated by the screenshots of myself.
