Running Queries using WithDocuments() breaks IHasDocument rules #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute a query after setting the WithDocument() option.
2. Examine the Document property of an IHasDocument returned.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Document should be filled, instead it is null.
