multithreaded http requests #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a ThreadPool
2. On each thread run few CouchDB operation using RedBranch.Hammock
3. Notice the Exeption related to the 
__HttpWebRequestExtensions.GetCouchResponse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The api should be handling corrently async requests.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
