Slow Queries - 200ms latency #37

Unusable query speeds. 200ms latency - consistently 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

current relax-net, current couchdb windows server 2008 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

i noticed ToDO comment in Repositories source - that says Session should Cache 
design Documents or will be too slow - could this be the problem?
