Develop simple feature set using predetermined form

This feature set will be for every race, with 441 total input variables.

For each dog there is 10 single variables:

1. Box
2. Total starts 3/4/5. Total 1st/2nd/3rd
3. Starts at track 7/8/9. Track 1st/2nd/3rd
4. APM

Each dog also has 5 sets of form, containing 9 variables:

1. Place
2. Box
3. Form age
4. Same_track
5. Distance
6. Margin
7. Split
8. Time
9. Win time
