Sort by name if air date is the same

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Search for Firefly on Hulu.
Click on Firefly show.
Click on RSS feed of Firefly show.
Add the show as a feed by using "from clipboard" option

What is the expected output or result?
The episodes should be sorted

What do you see instead?
Episode appear in random order

This happens because, for whatever reason, the air dates are the same for
all the episodes on Hulu.  So it's just showing them as they appear on the
RSS feeds page.  Perhaps this is a bug for Hulu.  But all things being
equal, like air date, it might make sense to sort by string next given the
way Hulu names their episodes.

At the moment, Understudy doesn't do any sorting (it just relies on the order 
in the
feed). I think it would be nice to have some things automatically grouped and 
sorted,
but adding this from nothing (as opposed to potentially improving the sorting) 
is
going to have to take a back seat to fixing existing functionality that is 
totally
broken.
