SlingBox Support #123

Hopefully you could use the same code that calls the Hulu player to call 
the SlingBox player. That would allow watching realtime TV thru FrontRow -
the only thing IMHO that is missing.

I'd be happy to add support to SlingPlayer, but I don't have any access to a
Slingbox. If anyone wants to submit some code (or hardware), let me know.

This would be awesome if it could be developed. Slingbox has evolved a great 
deal over the past year!

The latest version of Understudy allows the launching of arbitrary programs. 
With any luck this will work for Slingbox. If someone could test it out, I'd 
appreciate it.

FWIW - By default, FR will start back up when the application exits, but there 
are hidden option to control this behavior.
