netflix instant queue not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Tring to add queue to collection

What is the expected output or result?
accessing Netflix queue

What do you see instead?
when trrying to add queue, I navigate through this:
Understudy->Manage Assets->add entry to this collection->Netflix

When there, I see only two choices: new choices to watch instantly and queue 
URL from clipboard.

I pasted thhe URL from safari (which works w Netflix fine) and the resulting 
menu selection is blank.
New choices works fine up to the point of watching a video, then it always asks 
for username/password, despite bing logged in via safari.  I also tried leaving 
safari open in the background.

Please provide any additional information below, including any relevant
URLs. If there is a crash report in [HOME]/Library/Logs/CrashReporter then
please attach it.
