Installation instructions incomplete #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Read the installation instructions for Understudy.
2. There is no step 2.

What is the expected output or result?

- Expected result: I understand what to do

What do you see instead?

- I see a confused look on my face.

Please provide any additional information below, including any relevant URLs.

Specifically, the line, "Download, open, and you're ready to go." is
insufficient.  How, exactly, does one open a PKG file on the command line?
You see, on the Apple-TV, there is no "Open" command.  Any specific
instructions as to what to do with the PKG file would be most welcome.

Unfortunately, Understudy doesn't support the Apple TV (see issue #57). The
installation instructions are complete for the platform that is supported.
