Angular 10 support ? #127

Can this directive be converted to a component? I really like the angularJS version and would like to continue using in latest angular version.

See post in #126 There is still a bit of a research and work to be done. Since others have made similar inquiries I will start getting the research and initial efforts underway. Gonna close both this and #126 as they are effectively duplicates of #110
