Problem with version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the program from the 1.3.4 archive gives the 1.3.2 program.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Version 1.3.2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I downloaded the 1.3.4 archive

Please provide any additional information below.
I wanted to use the 512kb output file size with your converter but it still 
only lets me use 256kb

I'm having a similar issue: the archive says 1.3.4 when in reality it's 1.3.2. 
Also, it keeps giving me an error message like this no matter what file type I 
try to upload:   File "spraygen.py", line 191, in importdialog
  File "spraygen.py", line 223, in fileselected
WindowsError: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "spraygen.py", line 314, in typechanged
  File "spraygen.py", line 330, in sizechanged
ValueError: math domain error

How has this gone two years without being fixed!? The 1.3.4 archive still gives 
the 1.3.2 program, and vtf files are still limited to 118kb.
