Automated Untrusted network. #1

Automated the nework setup -- looks 'jes fine. Haven't had a chance to fully test it on an untrusted network. rpsec passes, so I'm gonna go with it...

Didn't add it to the uninstall, perhaps confirm the location removal.

Oh crap. Nice work sleuthing out the extra populate option that I missed in my haste :).
