This is a WIP, I didn't have time to finish this.

@budnik @tilgovi any interest in hoping in and finishing this off?

I'm not currently using dokku so I won't have time to test it any time soon, but I support the idea, of course.

I'd be happy to merge this if you clean up the commented out code and update the documentation (in the README).
