Add runit exporter #145

Add an exporter for runit. @slafs or @msabramo -- would either of you mind casting your eyes over this?

(Tests are currently failing for unrelated reasons -- I'll address that shortly.)

LGTM. Out of curiosity, what was the motivation behind introducing the File class? I probably would've done that in a separate PR, but maybe that's overly obsessive.
