[Suggestion] Add Velocity Support #5

Hello, I have a simple suggestion, make a version compatible with Velocity. Since Waterfall was archived and discontinued, I've switched to Velocity, and I don't think I'm the only one. Since then, I've been unable to use BungeeGuardPlus, which is really annoying for me.

No problem! If your server supports the modern forwarding type, I recommend using it, it is superior to BungeeGuard, but it only works for 1.14+ and some 1.13 versions.
