Skipped abbreviation handling for now.

Skipped dictionary lookup. Damping function returns zero right now 😢 no PID, only PI

Skipped loading/saving chakras from DB.

This can be marked complete as a first pass. There are a few things I skipped because they were either non-functional or not relevant to current development. I can always go back and grab a few things as needed.
