Update Purpose + Intent

With all of the various changes of life going on, I want to reorganize this website in order to have a broader picture of where my contributions to the world will go. A few things going on that will guide this transformation:

• New developments at PhD program
• Trip to London
• (Planned) Roadtrip across America (creating connections and solving problems along the way)
• Ongoing contributions to Data.gov
• Intersection between People, AI and Data.
• Opportunities at new job

The react app was fun, but I think it needs to be updated into something more sustainable,

• Retaining integration with flask app
• Making API calls to external services
• Easier to update format and content

This repo manages the unification of my open-source contributions and I still believe NLP is the root from which all other work comes from.

The focus of a society is constantly growing and evolving with its inhabitants. While trends will come and go, the transition from old to new will always be present. There's definitely enough work that has spawned from here. Open questions over what lives where and how important is it remain. However, the new new homepage and the issues about various tangential components, this should be covered.
