Made a couple of tweaks to make the setup scripts more non-interactive so it can be installed programmatically via AutomatedLab

Currently I am pointing the lab creation script at my fork, happy to keep it like this if you do not want to merge - https://github.com/spyr0-sec/AutomatedBadLab/blob/main/CustomRoles/LocalPrivEscWorkshop/LocalPrivEscWorkshop.ps1#L30
