[SONIC x SHADOW GENERATIONS] Speaker's name can't be exported and imported #10

A new feature was added in Shadow Generations' .cnvrs-text. It's a speaker's name appended to a message that tells the game whose name to display. The tool can't properly work with it, omitting when exporting. The text file still works if converted, it just doesn't show a name anymore.

Please tell me how you managed to open .pac file Sonic x Shadow? I have been unable to find how to do this for two days now (sorry for writing off topic, but I am a little desperate)
