There are a few PVRs like this in SA1 on the Dreamcast. They have a GBIX followed by PVRT at offset 0x0C. I've attached a couple examples.

I'm working on a PR for this right now. I don't know if you have any coding style rules, but I tried to keep it consistent. I'll submit it soon.
